SALES FORCE ADMINISTRATOR
Responsibilities & Duties
Key Responsibilities:
1. CRM System Administration:

Manage and maintain the company's CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and usability.

Customize and configure the CRM platform to meet the needs of the sales team and optimize user experience.
2. User Support and Training:

Provide ongoing user support to sales representatives and other CRM users, addressing system inquiries, issues, and requests.

Develop and deliver training programs to educate users on CRM best practices, features, and updates.
3. Data Management and Reporting:

Create and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and analytics within the CRM system to track performance metrics and sales data.

Ensure data cleanliness and accuracy through regular data cleansing, deduplication, and data quality assurance processes.
4. Process Automation

Implement workflow automation, process enhancements, and system integrations to streamline sales processes and improve operational efficiency.

Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual tasks, improve data workflows, and enhance system functionality.
5. System Optimization and Upgrades:

Collaborate with IT and sales teams to identify system enhancements, upgrades, and customizations to meet evolving business requirements.

Proactively research and recommend new CRM features, tools, and best practices to enhance system performance and user productivity.
6. Security and Compliance:

Ensure CRM system security measures are in place to safeguard sensitive sales data and comply with data protection regulations.

Monitor user access rights, data sharing settings, and workflow governance to maintain system security and compliance.
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

Proven experience as a Sales Force Administrator or CRM Administrator, with expertise in Salesforce or other CRM platforms.

Strong understanding of CRM system architecture, data management, and reporting functionalities.

Proficiency in customizing CRM systems, configuring workflows, and creating custom objects and fields.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Salesforce Administrator certification or relevant CRM software certifications is an added advantage.
