Marketing Coordinator
Responsibilities & Duties
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:

Develop and post weekly media content related to Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) compliance.

Write and publish monthly blog posts on our website and social media channels.

Review and update marketing materials, including slicks and presentation decks.
Email Marketing:

Create email lists for potential manufacturing clients and partners (MEPs).

Develop and execute four email campaigns per month using HubSpot.

Craft a monthly newsletter for referral/reseller partners and direct clients.
Digital Marketing:

Update website content and optimize for SEO to enhance online visibility.

Develop service-level white papers and case studies for the website.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B or technology sectors.

Proficiency with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.

Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.

Familiarity with SEO best practices and content management systems.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
