Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities & Duties

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

  • Develop and post weekly media content related to Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) compliance.
  • Write and publish monthly blog posts on our website and social media channels.
  • Review and update marketing materials, including slicks and presentation decks.

Email Marketing:

  • Create email lists for potential manufacturing clients and partners (MEPs).
  • Develop and execute four email campaigns per month using HubSpot.
  • Craft a monthly newsletter for referral/reseller partners and direct clients.

Digital Marketing:

  • Update website content and optimize for SEO to enhance online visibility.
  • Develop service-level white papers and case studies for the website.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B or technology sectors.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and content management systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
