Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary executive to lead the design and execution of a next-generation human capital strategy, enabling INUA AI Group to become a global leader in AI-powered workforce transformation and impact sourcing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Leadership

Define and execute Group Human Capital Strategy

Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board

Align workforce strategy with business growth and global expansion
Workforce Scale & Transformation

Build scalable systems to support 10,000+ workforce growth

Lead digital workforce hubs (Konza, Webuye, national rollout)
AI-Driven Workforce Systems

Implement AI-powered HR and workforce platforms
-
Integrate with Quantum Synapse AI intelligence systems
Talent Development

Establish elite training academies
-
Drive certification pathways aligned to: Cybersecurity, AI, Cloud and Data

Design and implement a standardized global GBS operating model

Optimize resource allocation and operational efficiency
Operational Excellence

Ensure workforce productivity, efficiency, and scalability

Optimize workforce cost structures for global competitiveness

Qualifications

15+ years experience in: Human Capital Strategy, Workforce Transformation and BPO / GBS / Tech environments

Experience scaling teams 100 → 5,000+

Strong understanding of: AI-driven workforce systems and Global outsourcing models
