Responsibilities & Duties

Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary executive to lead the design and execution of a next-generation human capital strategy, enabling INUA AI Group to become a global leader in AI-powered workforce transformation and impact sourcing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and execute Group Human Capital Strategy
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board
  • Align workforce strategy with business growth and global expansion

Workforce Scale & Transformation

  • Build scalable systems to support 10,000+ workforce growth
  • Lead digital workforce hubs (Konza, Webuye, national rollout)

AI-Driven Workforce Systems

  • Implement AI-powered HR and workforce platforms
  • Integrate with Quantum Synapse AI intelligence systems

Talent Development

  • Establish elite training academies
  • Drive certification pathways aligned to: Cybersecurity, AI, Cloud and Data
  • Design and implement a standardized global GBS operating model
  • Optimize resource allocation and operational efficiency

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure workforce productivity, efficiency, and scalability
  • Optimize workforce cost structures for global competitiveness

Culture & Leadership

  • Build a mission-driven, high-performance organization
  • Develop future leaders within INUA AI ecosystem

Qualifications

  • 15+ years experience in: Human Capital Strategy, Workforce Transformation and BPO / GBS / Tech environments
  • Experience scaling teams 100 → 5,000+
  • Strong understanding of: AI-driven workforce systems and Global outsourcing models
  • Executive presence (Board-level engagement)
