Role Overview

INUA AI Group is seeking a dynamic and visionary Managing Director, INUA Nexus (Global Business Services) to lead and scale its AI-powered Global Business Services (GBS) division.

This role carries full P&L responsibility and is accountable for transforming INUA Nexus into a Tier 1 global outsourcing and intelligent operations partner, delivering services across:

  • Cybersecurity support services

  • AI data services and annotation

  • IT support and technical services

  • Customer experience (CX) and contact center operations

The Managing Director will drive revenue growth, global expansion, operational excellence, and workforce transformation, positioning INUA Nexus as a market leader in AI-enabled outsourcing.

The Technical Project Manager (TPM) is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technical projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a technically proficient project manager with strong Agile delivery experience who can effectively coordinate engineers, developers, field services teams, and third-party partners. The ideal candidate can lead projects using a primarily Agile/sprint-based delivery model, translating technical requirements into actionable plans, managing risks, and ensuring high-quality outcomes—while possessing sufficient technical understanding to engage credibly with technical teams and customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Strategic Leadership & Business Growth

  • Define and execute the global growth strategy for INUA Nexus (GBS)
  • Own and deliver multi-million-dollar revenue targets
  • Build and manage a strong enterprise sales pipeline (US, UK, EU, Middle East, Africa)
  • Secure high-value enterprise and government contracts
  • Establish strategic partnerships across BPO, AI, and cybersecurity ecosystems

2. P&L Ownership & Financial Performance

  • Own full Profit & Loss (P&L) for INUA Nexus
  • Drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and cost optimization
  • Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
  • Ensure sustainable and scalable business performance

3. Global Service Delivery Excellence

  • Oversee end-to-end service delivery operations across all GBS verticals
  • Ensure SLA adherence, quality assurance, and client satisfaction
  • Implement AI-driven delivery models and automation frameworks
  • Drive continuous improvement in efficiency, productivity, and service quality

4. Operational Scale & Infrastructure Development

  • Lead the expansion of delivery centers (Nairobi, Konza, Webuye, and global locations)
  • Scale workforce from hundreds to thousands of employees
  • Design and implement a standardized global GBS operating model
  • Optimize resource allocation and operational efficiency

5. Talent & Workforce Strategy

  • Build and lead a high-performing, globally competitive workforce
  • Integrate with INUA Hub and INUA AI Human Capital for talent pipeline development
  • Champion impact sourcing and youth employment initiatives
  • Develop leadership capability across all levels of the organization

6. AI Integration & Innovation

  • Embed AI and automation into all service delivery functions
  • Collaborate with Quantum Synapse AI to integrate: Quantum Shield, Quantum Strike and Managed SOC capabilities
  • Position INUA Nexus as an AI-powered GBS leader, not a traditional BPO

7. Governance, Risk & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with global standards: GDPR, ISO 27001 / 27701, and SOC 2
  • Maintain audit-ready operations and enterprise-grade security practices
  • Oversee risk management and regulatory compliance

  • Revenue growth and profitability (EBITDA)

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field
  • MBA or equivalent executive qualification (preferred)

Experience

  • 10–15+ years in: Global Business Services (GBS) / BPO / Outsourcing and Consulting or enterprise service delivery
  • Proven experience: Leading large-scale operations across multiple geographies, Managing P&L and delivering revenue growth and Closing enterprise-level deals
  • Experience with AI-enabled services or digital transformation (highly preferred)
